Joseph T. Hornsby II of Arizona, son of Joseph Thomas died after heart transplant in year 2000.
Needed the transplant because of a virus he may have caught in Viet Nam where he served in the Seabees. Went to Frank Lyod Wright School of Arch. before being drafted. He was a member of the NRA and strong Catholic Church advocate member Knights of Columbus plus proud father of three daughters.
Date & Place: in Mesa, Arizona USA
