Daniel Pinna These inmates are from the Hutchinson Correctional Facility which was previously known as the Kansas State Industrial Reformatory. The Hutchinson Correctional Facility was started by Governor John Martin in 1885. The goal of the reformatory system was to reform young adults through vocational training and academic education.
