Karl Skoog, a Swedish 11 year old boy, traveled 3rd class on Titanic with his parents and 3 younger siblings. At age 7, Karl damaged his leg on the train rails and his leg had to be amputated. Limping with an amputated leg Karl and his family were lost in the disaster, and his body was never found.
