She had siblings William Pilcher, Arthur Pilcher, Margaret Clara Pilcher, Maud Mary Pilcher, Ernest Pilcher, and Stephen Pilcher. She married George Henry Bullen, and had children Pauline Mary (Bullen) Allen, Peter Bullen, and Anthony Bullen. Kathleen Bullen died at age 99 years old on September 2, 2002 in Merseyside County, England United Kingdom.
