Kelsey Baby
Back of the photo only says Kelsey Baby. My records indicate that a Roy Kelsey married Henrietta Almira Welty (my aunt) Not sure if this baby is theirs or whose baby it is. This could be Fredrick Kelsey. I think his parents divorced when he was between the ages of 5-7 and his mother remarried to someone with the last name Helwig. As I have letters from a Fredrick Kelsey at age 7 to his mother names Allie Helwig
