Laura and Eugenia Dickson, c1890
Laura and Eugenia were the youngest children of Hiram Dickson and Temperance Bradshaw of Dickson Valley, Ellington MO. This portrait was taken around 1890, possibly shortly before Laura married Dr. Frank Ellis. Eugenia lived her whole life in the area and is buried at the Dickson Burial Ground on the property where they were raised.
