Looking West, The Tombstone of Elizabeth Melissa (Carl) Murray, 1856-1918, Wife of James Ellison Murray

I wish to thank Carli Robinson (and her husband) of the Twin Falls Co, Idaho LDS Family History Center, who visited the Buhl Cemetery, took pictures and sent me the four pictures I have here of Elizabeth Melissa's tombstone, and informing me that Melissa and her son, James Ellsworth Murray were buried side by side, i.e., in Section B, Block 1, Lots 24, Space 8 (Melissa) and 25, Space 5 (James), and that whereas Melissa had a tombstone, her son James had no marker. Elizabeth Melissa was the daughter of Wilson and Elizabeth (Swickard) Carl of Ohio, who had sixteen children in all. For more information, see my sites bcarl 9 and 27 on rootsweb.com.
