The Becker roots in my family
are from Russia. Louis b. 1890 Russia
came as a toddler with his father , stepmother and some of his siblings . the USA.
grandfather's father (Moritz, (Morris)}
& family emigrated to the
United States in the 1890s to NY .The family lived in Virginia then Manhatten , NY .
His mother is unknown his stepmother's first name was Rose.
He married
Sarah Libby SHAPIRO & raised a family in the Coney Island area of Brooklyn, NY. ... show more

I am looking for a death Certificate for his Oldest Sister Esther Becker Kraitz that hopefully shows their real mother's name . Also for their oldest Brother Jack probably Jacob Becker..said to have been a businessman in Chicago who used to send his hand me down suits to Louis . Also a look a like cousin.

1. Esther1 Becker (Moritz S. (Morris)A) was born Abt. 1888 in Russia1, and died 09 Jul 1962 in Benedictine Hospital nursing home in Kingston, Ulster Co., NY when she passed away. She married Isidore Kraitz1, son of unk Kraitz. He was born 1880 in Russia.
