My name is Debbie Morgan Bussell. Monto P. Woolridge was my maternal grandfather. He was married to my maternal grandmother, Dorothy Estelle Woolridge Silvers who passed away on October 26, 1964 when I was 9 years old. I am the daughter of Phyllis Woolridge Morgan who passed away on August 9, 2016. I first met my grandfather when I was approximately 14-15 years old when my family and I visited him in Coeburn, Va.
