The wedding of Margaret Estelle Gary and Frank David Johnson at her mother's home in Richmond, Virginia. Asa Johnson, Frank's father is on the left. Margaret's brother-in-law, Robert H. Moran, holds the sign. Margaret, her late father, Meadows Tucker Gary, her sister Betty, and Robert Moran all worked at Richmond's Miller & Rhoads department store. The wedding clothes, flowers, decorations and cake, all came from the store. The "just married" sign came from the display department. The couple enjoyed a honeymoon in New York and saw the still-new production of "Oklahoma!".
