Marguerite Clark Silent Screen Star
Marguerite Clark, star of the stage and silent films, around 1918.
Born in Ohio, Marguerite made her debut on Broadway at the age of 17 in 1900. She was quickly snapped up by the movies and made many silent films. For her contribution to movie making, she has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
She's pictured here in a uniform - probably a costume for a movie.
