I located this couple in the 1930 US Census in Fresno, CA. Joseph was born October 12, 1894 in New Mexico and died October 23, 1977 in Fresno. Joseph Francis Neel and wife Maude had children Catherine F., William W. and Howard E. Neel.

I have no other info on this family. Photo found in an antique store in Clovis, Ca and reunited with Neel family member in Texas in April, 2012.
