Maybe a Ballinger?

Have no Idea who this is! She's a beautiful Lady who needs a name.

I'm leaning toward maybe being iether a Ballinger, or a Leach. This photo belongs to My Grandmother's Scrap Book, unfortunately she didn't mark any of her photos. I'm in desperate need of help here! Please anyone!

Could be Tong, Warran, Ballinger, Leach, Roush, or Gilmore families of Indiana/Ohio.
