This is Mintha L Watkins, when she was 19 years old. She is the daughter of Thomas & Laura Belle Shepherd Watkins. Mintha is also the mother of my husband Bob Smith. And, may I say, she was a wonderful Mother-in-Law.

Yes! I found this lady to be a sweet and loving cousin. There was always soooo much pleasure and funny chatter whether by mail or on the phone. I do still think of her. luv: Calif. Cousin M
