This lovely lady is Mrs. Emma Sanders. Photo is in possession of my cousin, Betty Hightower Cardenas & was found among her Dad's belongings. On back of the photo was stated: "Mrs. Emma Sanders, friend of the Hightowers in Corsicana", however we believe Emma may have been related to the Hightowers through our Teletha Hightower & husband, Stephan Nathaniel Sanders. The Mystery

Since the Sanders surname crosses our Hightower surname, we feel she belongs to our family. Can anyone help with this mystery photo? If so, please contact us.

This lady looks just like one of our OK Smith family members! I m not sure we have Hightowers in our family but we have everybody else in Lamar Co.

My Sanders line has an Emma Sanders in it, daughter to Asa Counts Sanders and his wife Nancy Cates. Her full name was Emma E Sanders...born in 1874...in Marshall, Searcy Cty, AR.
