ERNEST CLAYTON SHEPPARD BORN IN MORGAN COUNTY IN 1905.HE MARRIED EDITH CLAIRE SOMMERS AND THEY HAD SEVEN CHILDREN;FRANCES BELL,LOUISE SOUDERS,PHYLLIS CARPER-BROWN,EDNA KETTERMAN,GOERGE,CHARLES AND LACY LIGHT.HE WORKED ON THE RAILROAD MOST OF HIS LIFE AND AT FAIRCHILD AIR CRAFT WHERE HE RETIRED.HE PASSED AT THE AGE OF 92.
