Likely a child of a sibling or cousin to my grandfather Arthur Garfield Lay b. 1880 in Searcy Co.,ARK., son of John Wesley Lay, Jr. b. 1840 Wayne Co., TN. Grandpa Lay was the 8th of 9 children of John & Martha (Cotton)Lay. Am hoping that a descendant of one of those siblings or cousins will recognize this photo. Thank you.
