mystery photo possibly Emery or McGowan

This picture was found in my grandmother Pearl McGowan (nee Emery's photos). Pearl was the daughter of Frank Emery and Mary Askelson.

No one in immediate family can identify.

I think this is a picture of Askelson cousins. My Mother, Anna is the girl in the front row on the left. Charley Askelson is first on the left, back row. Louella Askelson , sister of Anna ..back row on the right with glasses on.
I will try find out more. Anna and Louella's parents were Nels and Esta (Emery) Askelson

I grew up in Cooperstown, N D. My grandfather John Askelson lived in Cresco, Iowa before moving to ND in the early 1900's. My father remembered names such as Nels Askelson and Mons Askelson. John Askelson had sisters in Canada and Montana as well as relative in Iowa.
