What cities or counties did your mother live in? What is your mother's name, (nee or surname or both)? She looks to me like a Morris.

No one in the family seems to know anything about her. Not sure if she is family or just a friend. I'm not even sure this lady is from AL, but that's the location of the photo album and where my grandparents lived.
