Pamela Renee Tuttle at about 2 1/2 or 3 years old in probably late 1969 and giving the Peace sign (from watching the Cool Ghoul of Cincinnati, Ohio on television). It's also known as the Victory sign. Someone put a wig on her head for the photo but her real hair is on her forehead.
