Ronald was husband to Kathryn J McBride Ferguson. He fathered 4 children, R Scott, David Brian, Patricia Jane and Elizabeth Anne. Ronald was born in Tennesee and moved to Fort Smith Arkansas. His father Norman E Ferguson was a pastor there and his mother, Dora Fuller Ferguson was a house wife and was a substantial part of the church community. Ron was the oldest of 3 siblings: David, Jean (Matthews) and Jerry.
