This is the second of the two drawings of Seth Morton Tucker, a judge, found in one of his law books, published in 1874. The History of Union County, Ohio, p384 & 387, says Seth was born in Vermont, raised in Ohio, became a lawyer in 1852, served as an Army Officer from Kansas in the Civil War, and practiced law in Iowa and Kansas.
