Paxman Siblings

When William Rulon Paxman was born on November 7, 1911, in Provo, Utah, his father, William, was 29 and his mother, Achsa, was 26. He married his first wife, Beulah Millett, on September 13, 1936, in Mesa, Arizona. On March 8, 1980, he married his second wife, Ettie Graham, in Salt Lake City, Utah. He died on August 20, 1992, in Murray, Utah, at the age of 80.
