Sir Thomas Maitland

Lieutenant-General Sir Thomas Maitland was born in 1759 and died in 1824. Thomas Maitland attained Lieutenant-Colonel in 1794, and Colonel Brigadier-General in 1798. He was also a Member of Parliament and Privy Councillor.
