One of similar group of photos in my grandmother Verna Henry's collection. "Grace Schultz, WVa; Villa Shurbe, Latvia; and I, out for fun, Oct 1950, St. Louis." Verna employed at War Dept office in St. Louis and these were her friends and/or co-workers.

Who is the lady on the far right? Any knowledge if the ladies were employees of the US Gov't, War Dept, in St. Louis?
