Thomas Layton, Sr.
Thomas Layton, the great grandfather of Phillip Jerome Barteau, was the owner and Pharmacist of T. Layton, and later, T. Layton & Sons Drug Company in Perryville and then at the corner of St. Louis and Grand Avenues in St. Louis, Missouri in the 1880s.
