Unknown Man from the late 1800s

I have no idea if this picture is a Russell, an Edinger, or a Bailey ancestor. This was in the photo album of my great uncle James Bailey and only identified as an ancestor from Iowa area. Our ancestors were mainly in the Marion and Monroe Counties in Iowa. We would love to put a name to this and other photos's
