Unknown Men

This picture was given to my mother by a Ramsey cousin. She did not know who the men were. I believe it was taken in Anderson County, Texas, and that the man in the back row, right side "may" be my grandfather, E P Mitchell or his brother. Other possible surnames are, Billingsley, Moore,Owens,Freeman,Cook,Slaughter,Ramsey, etc. If anyone can identify ANY of these men, I would be grateful. Thank you
