The baby in the family picture (taken in Troy) is Johan Edward, b. 1889 in New York. Harry, the fifth child, was born in Minnesota. So this family picture would be from the summer of 1889. William is 29, Anna is 28, Anna the younger is 6 or 7 (in the 1900 census she is shown as born in Dec of 1881), Esther is 4, William Gustav is not quite, or else is just, 2. May be Johan's baptism.
