William "Bill" White, policeman
William "Bill" White. Born in Somerset, Pulaski County, Kentucky. He was the son of America Richardson and Henry Laten White. He later moved to Ohio. In this picture, he was a police officer. Also served in the navy in WWI. Anyone with any info about this family, please contact me.
