William Talbott Shepherd
Civil War Service: Sgt. Co. C 40 Regt. Ind. Inf. He lived at the old soldiers home at Ft. Leavenworth for many years, giving tours to visitors, until his death. Was married to Mary Ellen Gamble July 3, 1865.
