Wilmorris Mondier, My Dad
Wilmorris Mondier, My Dad. This picture was taken during WWII, about 1941 or 1942 in New Guinea. A war correspondent took this picture.
Wilmorris "Skeet" Mondier was with the 8th Engineers. He served in Australia, New Guinea and Manilla duirng his first tour. His second tour he served in France and Germany.
