Frank Lemnel Oakley b.27 Oct.1872 d. 09 Jul. 1945 m.20 Oct.1896 to Jennie E. Bowers. They had 7 children; Hazel L.,GLEN, Helen E.,Ferris B.,Genevieve, Martha R.,& Francis L. I have a picture of Mrs. "Ella" Oakley taken July 1, 1949 at her home; 1911 E. 65 Ave.,Oakland, CA. Could Vena have been called "Ella"? I am posting the picture on this website. Judy
