Grand Commander of Knights Templars, Freemasonry, 33rd degree Mason, County Crown Attorney in Canada, naturalized in 1903 & moved to Denver for Mary's health where he practiced law & was a judge, retiring in 1929. Studied Greek literature and collected antiquities. Issue; Ethel Frank, Sidney Smith & Ann Spence.
