Fraternity gathering of Pi Delta Koppa, California Chapter XI. Taken along San Francisco Bay in the early 20's. Ray was Secretary (on left), Al Edwards, President, and Phil Usinger, Treasurer. 'We use to take the tires off your Dad's car and ride the railroad tracks on the rims a little ways out of town and do our drinking while waiting for a train to come along.
