Description :
Born 24 July 1841, 5th child of John Hartley WEBSTER and Mary Cawthorne RHODES. Died 11 May 1914. Married her first cousin, Richard Clayton Hartley WEBSTER, 07 April 1866 in Odessa, South Russia.
Their marriage became the subject of The Odessa Marriage Act, 1867.
