Kittie was also known as Bess or Bessie. Real given name is Katherine Bessie West. She was b. 1861. Married Glendower Young, then James Terry. Daughter of Francis West and Sarah Towner of Lansing, MI. She went to California where her daughter Lucille Young was a movie actress. She died in California in 1942. In this photo Kittie is all decked out in fur from head to toe. Fur coat, hat and muff.
