This old picture is of Sarah Elizabeth Ackerman. She married Samuel S LeFevre, of the LeFevre's of New Paltz, NY (now a state historical park)on October 20, 1832. . She was born in 1814. Her mother was Letitia "Letty" Ferris, or Fennis and her father, Daniel Ackerman.

I believe Daniel Ackerman, the father of Sarah Elizabeth Ackerman, is the brother of Lyman Ackerman of Pillar Point, NY (my 3rd great grandfather).
