It is possible that this picture was taken on Aunt Clara's wedding day, Nov. 14, 1925 in Welch, WV, but the marriage bond said they lived in Manbar, WV. Does anyone know the other people? Her witness's were Dixie Bailey and H.K. Carper.

I really don't know what to say. Their marriage certificate says they were married in Welch, and the lady is holding a ring up. They lived in Logan County, I believe, when they got married. Do you know the other people in the picture? Perhaps this picture was taken somewhere else in Logan County, WV?
