This photo was found in an old truck I purchased at an auction in Orangeville, ON. Most of the material in the truck belonged to the Mason/Dewhurst family. John J. Dewhurst was a police officer with the Toronto Police circa 1932. He also work for New York Police prior to that date. I'm assuming Wm. Fox was a friend so photo could have been taken in either Toronto or New York.
