Description :
Mr Glover was a man of practical foresight and doggedness of purpose. He was always accessible to one and all - and easily approachable, informal and tactful. He was very interested in all the school teams in the roles of vocal supporter, coach, umpire and wicket-keeper. In his short time at Adams'Grammar School (a Voluntary Aided, selective, day and boarding boys' Grammar School which admits girls to the sixth form), he was responsible for bringing up to standard a fully equipped gymnasium and a well appointed library.
