Heman W. Frost married Mary Ann Richardson (10 Aug 1854-18 Jan 1924) on 6 August 1871 in Athens County, Ohio. Her surname has also been given as Richeson. Heman and Mary had three sons: Millard aka Milard, b 1872, Byron, b 1874, and Ado, b 1878. Heman's father was Elam Frost, the son of Worthy Frost and Kesiah Hatch, and his mother, Almira, was the daughter of Heman Frost and Susannah aka Susan Barrows.
