Public School Diploma (grad?)class, Blanche Carson

Description :
Here's a diploma class of eight smartly dressed young people. Their booklets say "Public School Diploma." They all look of a similar graduating age except for the 2 boys at the back sides, who look very young! The young lady on the left is marked Blanche Carson, the one next to her is called Lottie (the crossbar is faintly visible, perhaps it's Lollie?) Her surname is not mentioned. The fourth young woman is Neeley (no surname) and at far right is Flora, surnamed Towmaster or Lowmaster.
This photo was part of a lot of photos received from a person in Kansas, who got them from another person who collected them from numerous estate sales throughout Kansas and Oklahoma.
