Ok I was Wrong, The Man in the back is not Arthur, He died in 1949. I just got off the phone with my Aunt Rita, Those are his brothers and sisters though.

I Think the gentleman in the far back may be Arthur Hachey. I have a picture of him on his old 1945 Indian motorcycle you can help me compare pictures. Alot of the names you mentioned may be my dads Aunts & Uncles.
