Will Book 4,Page 153
“ furniture and if can be found one Negro man by name Anthony nd horse which made his also with the horse the ninth day of August at night being in the year eighteen hundred. Item I give unto my daughter Windfred Morris one Negro girl named Rose about eighteen year Old and her increase and the bed and furniture and the mare that I have lent her and one hundred dollars. Item I give unto my son Aaron S. Quisenberry the tract of Land I bought of Andrew Shepard lying in Orange county containing three hundred and eighteen acres adjoining to ---- {dolestage?} paton only he is to raise one hundred out of it which I give to my daughter Polly Bell. I give and bequeath all the remainder of my estate both real and personal that is not yet given away to my beloved wife Sally Quisenberry during her natural life or widowhood and no longer it is my will that she shall have my tract of Land whereon I now live on containing about four hundred and nine acres and another adjoining of one hundred and thirty eight acres which I bought of James Robb and company and all the residue of my estate both real and personal as long as she remains my Widow and no longer and at her marriage or death it is my will that the said estate left her be equally divided between my last Wife's children namey Joice Qusienberry , Benjamin Quisenberry, Nancy Quisenberry, Sally Quisenberry, Elizabeth Quisenberry, Hezekiah Quisenberry and Lusee Ellis Quisenberry and it is
my will and desire if any of these last named children should die before the division or before they have an heir it is my will that its or their parts should be equally divided among the remaining part of the last set of children Lastly I constitute my beloved Wife Sally Quisenberry executrix and Aaron S. Quisenberry and George Ellis executors of this my last will and testament --- { a mark is made } ”
