Could this photo be Paulina J. Evans Hill? She was born Nov. 13, 1825 in Monroe County, VA and died Jan. 23, 1911 in Greenbrier County, WV. She was the dau. of David Evans and Mary "Polly" Robinson. Paulina married Andrew Jackson Hill on April 17, 1856. They had four sons Clifton Hill, William F. Hill, David E. Hill and Christopher C. Hill. Clifton Hill was married to Melladale Lafayette Crane and lived in Greenbrier County, WV. Greenbrier County is a neighboring county to Monroe County, WV (formerly Monroe County, VA)
Or could this a picture of Martha Ann Crane Perkins? Martha was born in Greenbrier Co. Wv on Jun 19, 1851 and died during childbirth in Nicholas Co. WV on Dec 4, 1887. She was the dau of Benjamin Franklin Crane and Hannah McClung Crane. Her siblings were Cyrus A. Crane, Mellidale de'Lafayette Crane Hill and Snowden George Crane. Martha married (1) Bernard Newton McCutcheon and (2) Holly Perkins in 1886. Reply to jimmathena@aol.com

I made two typographical errors submitting this Mystery photo. In the description I typed 1986 for Martha's marriage to Holly Perkins and it should have been 1886. The "Date Taken" of the picture in the heading should also be 1886.

Correction: If this lady is Martha Ane Crane the picture would have been taken in 1886 or 1887. Sorry about the typographical error (1986)on the original submittal.
