Description :
This photo was from an album of my grandmother's Fannie Ruth Howell. I'm not sure if it was of some of the Howell family or it's from her husband's side (my grandfather) Tillman F. West. If anyone has any information on this or any information at all they are willing to share that would be great.
Mystery :
My grandmother is Fannie Ruth Howell. her parents were from the Gregory/Howell family in union sc. My grandfather is Tillman F. west his parents were william west and nora bell farley. I'm not sure which side of the family this photo came from the west side or howell side....any info would be helpful....
