Matilda Dodson was born September 1847 in Grainger Co., Tennessee and died 30 November 1918 in Dallas, Dallas Co., Texas. Her parents were the late John Dodson of Grainger Co, Tennessee and Martha Grady of Tennessee. Matikda married John M. Needham 5 March 1862 in Polk Co., Missouri. They were the parents of 11 children. Matilda is buried in Davis Cemetery, Polk Co., Missouri.
