Description :
This is a picture postcard sent to my grandmother, Kate Harger--(later Crews) from her dear friend Elsie Payne--later Daniel) when they were both living in Madison. I'm sure they used to hang around this drugstore with their other friend, Thomas Ruffin Pratt Jr. My grandmother told me that she used to like to drink "Black Cows", which I can imagine could have come from this very drugstore.
