Charlotte Ann Greene was born 1/20/1945 at the home of her grandparents, Milton and Ruth Ferrell in Sheffield, AL. Her father went by the name Edgar Grover Greene and had a nick-name of "Tony." He left before Charlotte was born, never to be seen or heard from again. "Tony" and Thelma met at a boarding house in Mobile, AL. On Charlotte's birth certificate, it states that her fater was 24 when she was born, and that his occupation was "Rigger." Any information obtained on him or his family would be deeply appreciated! This has left a huge void in my family tree!
